I was driving home last night, after what felt like a really long day of carting around signage, packages, and people, when it dawned on me: I've been driving one of the Volkswagen Green Fleet
TDI Jettas (generously provided to CIFF by the folks at
South Centre Fine Cars,
Northland Volkswagen, and
Fifth Avenue Auto Haus) for 22 days, have used the car to deliver CIFF program guides to every single
Chapters and Indigo store in Calgary (which entailed two full days of driving to every corner of the City), have dropped off free
Movie Central schedules at about 15
Starbucks locations, and have only filled-up on fuel ONCE. In fact, I've only used about 1 1/2 tanks...$50 or so worth of diesel. My husband is practically drooling over the fuel efficiency!
